Just an incredible day climbing the highest peak in Northern Ireland, Slieve Donard in aid of the Friends of the Cancer Charity based in the City Hospital, Belfast. There was nine of us in total plus Jude’s famous cap which I wore as a reminder of her love for the mountains.
It was a pleasant climb but the fog descended and it was blowing a gale at the top so we couldn’t stay long. Everybody made it up and made it down with a few slips along the way!
